SIROFLEX TRADE STRENGTH PREMIUM PAINTERS CAULK-IT FLEXIBLE SEALANT TO GIVE A PROFFESIONAL FINISH - WHITE - 400ML

A premium grade, flexible sealant that is easy to apply, dries quickly and can be over painted with most water based and synthetic paints. Can be used internally and externally and adheres to most surfaces without the need for primer. it is almost odour free and non corrosive to metals. Primary uses for this product include the sealing and filling of gaps and cracks where movement can occur, such as those between plasterwork, perimeter sealing of window and door frames, skirting boards and architraves. Use prior to painting or wall papering to fill cracks to give a professional finish.

Surfaces must be clean and solid. Cut the cartridge seal and screw on the provided nozzle then cut to required length, using a standard sealant gun, apply the sealant into the gap or joint ensuring a good fill. if required place masking tape along edges, removing within five minutes of application. Uncured sealant can be removed with water. can be painted when sealant is fully cured.

Limitations of this product include: Not suitable for joints with a large water load. do not use in damp or wet conditions or if rain is imminent. curing is subject to humidity and temperatures. Among others not recomended for use on PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTEE, neoprene and bituminous substrates. not recomended for continous water immersion. smooth off whilst wet, do not attemp to abrade when cured. Painting over with highly filled water based paints can cause cracks in the paint film. Size 400ml
